She holds an LL.M with dual specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights and Trade Law, and a BBA-LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She has practised before the High Court of Kerala and various District Courts, handling matters across civil, criminal,family, and intellectual property law.

Her practice includes advising clients on comprehensive search and clearance assessments, securing intellectual property registrations across multiple jurisdictions, and managing prosecution proceedings before IP offices in relation to trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights. She also assists clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements. Harsha has also demonstrated expertise in preparing and presenting well-structured, research-driven papers on legal and academic topics. She brings a comprehensive and strategic approach to intellectual property and corporate matters, combining rigorous legal research with precise drafting to deliver commercially sound outcomes
