Harsha M is a Legal Associate at Legacy Partners and a practising Advocate specialising in Intellectual Property Rights. She holds an LL.M with dual specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights and Trade Law, and a BBA-LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She has practised before the High Court of Kerala and various District Courts, handling matters across civil, criminal,family, and intellectual property law.

Her practice includes advising clients on comprehensive search and clearance assessments, securing intellectual property registrations across multiple jurisdictions, and managing prosecution proceedings before IP offices in relation to trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights.
