Anjali

Anjali is a Senior Associate at Legacy Partners and a practising Advocate specialising in Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Law. She holds a dual-specialisation LL.M. in IPR and Cyber Law and a BBA-LL.B. (Hons.).
She has appeared before the High Court and District Courts in civil, criminal, specific performance, and technology-related matters, strengthening her strategic approach to intellectual property enforcement. Anjali advises clients on trademark search and clearance, registration and prosecution, opposition and enforcement proceedings, and portfolio management, assisting businesses in protecting and enhancing their brand assets effectively.
