Opposition Period
Once published, third parties have 3 months to file an opposition.
Registration
If no opposition is filed, or after opposition is resolved, the trademark is registered and the registration enters the national register.

A registered trademark in Greece is valid for 10 years from the filing date. It can be renewed indefinitely for further 10-year terms by paying the renewal fee within the last 6 months before expiry, or within a six-month grace period with a late fee.
